Hear why someone is calling before taking the call
Like a home answering machine, GrandCentral lets you listen to voicemail as it is being recorded. You can pick up the call at any time just by pressing the star () key. No need to wait until a voicemail is done to hear it and no reason to accept every call. Just ListenIn.

Use ListenIn to:

  • Screen callers and hear what they have to say before picking up
  • Hear voicemails as they are being left rather than afterwards
  • Judge if a call is important enough to merit ducking out of a meeting
  • Have fun: Surprise people as they are leaving a message by jumping in on the call
